This Energy healing class is designed to be completed in one day. It covers the fundamental topics of the energy healing world such as, Reiki, Meditation, Sound healing, The Chakras System, and more.

Throughout the class, you will learn about the concepts and basics of energy healing and understand how they can benefit you and the people around you.

In addition, you will learn about Reiki healing, and its history and receive an attunement, allowing you to apply Reiki energy to yourself and others. By doing so, this class will help you begin to understand and embrace your own natural gifts and abilities.

What will I do during the Energy Healing Class?

In addition to the theoretical we discussed above, you will have the chance to practice energy healing on the same day! We will practice giving energy treatments to each other, allowing you to hone your skills and gain confidence in your abilities.
By practicing giving energy treatments to others, you can gain valuable experience and learn how to apply these techniques daily.
